Training Coordinator

A training coordinator to assist in online trainings. Will communicate with participants, trainers and clients. Must have access to internet, and comfortable with technology.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Sending resources and material to trainers and participants.
  • Assisting trainers with resources and any other issues during training.
  • Collecting all feedback data.
  • Handle all technical issues during trainings for trainers and participants.
  • Gather feedback from trainers and participants after each training session.
  • Writing training reports per provided template.


  • Experience with e-learning platforms preferrable.
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Arabic a plus.
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
  • Work experience as a coordinator preferred but not necessary.
