Training Coordinator
A training coordinator to assist in online trainings. Will communicate with participants, trainers and clients. Must have access to internet, and comfortable with technology.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Sending resources and material to trainers and participants.
- Assisting trainers with resources and any other issues during training.
- Collecting all feedback data.
- Handle all technical issues during trainings for trainers and participants.
- Gather feedback from trainers and participants after each training session.
- Writing training reports per provided template.
Skills
- Experience with e-learning platforms preferrable.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Strong communication skills in English, Arabic a plus.
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
- Work experience as a coordinator preferred but not necessary.
